It USED to be a sack of potatoes ages ago (486 100 Mhz, 32 MBs RAM IIRC), it's been upgraded a few times since then.
Honestly people, a Mac Mini is far better than what is needed to run a web server. Stop worrying about it. Hell - it's better than some of the web servers I manage! The only question I'd have is what OS to run and what hosting package (if any needed/wanted) to run on it.
