Mac Mini freezes frequently

Our mac mini is freezing frequently (once a day). We had a wireless card installed a couple of months ago, but this problem has only started occuring in the past week or two.

Also, when it burns a CD, it's really loud.

Any tests I can perform to see what is up?

Is your Wireless Card an Airport Extreme..?

Also is the audio really loud AND dirtorted..?

Have you run 'Repair Disk Permissions' from within the 'Disk Utilities"..?

Yes, it is an Airport Extreme/Bluetooth card.

It's not the audio that is loud. It just makes a loud humming noise when it is burning a CD.

Have already run Repair Disk Permissions.
