Mac Not Starting

i am using a G4 powerbook and is running on mac0S 10.3.3 but i would like to reinstall the original mac installer which is 10.2

after i insert the cd and click on the installation. the computer asked me to restart. i did. but ever since, the computer cant restart anymore. it gave a message. 'you need to restart your computer. hold down the Power button for several seconds or press the Restart button.'

i hold the Power button to on & off but the same message keep appearing.

For how long do / did you press the Power button? Holding the Power button for 10 seconds or longer will shut down any Mac.
