I have a mac os (not a laptop). However, when you shut down or restart you can hear it is on and restarted properly. But the monitor screen stays black. I push the monitor power button, it turns on and off but still it is black.
I turn everything off with the power surge. Retry and same result. I keep doing that and pushing the computer power on and off for almost 10 to 20 mins and all of a sudden the screen comes up. This has made me scare to even shut down. It doesn't make sense.
Anybody knows what's causing that. Many people who do repair only repair pc stuffs.
