Mac OS X Server Help with graphs and logs

I am using Mac OS X server 10.3.9

I am currently hosting a website over the internet.
everything works fine except for the logs and graphs in the server admin.


More specifically....
in Server Admin

when I click on localhost logs or graphs everything shows up perfectly...BUT

when I click on web logs or graphs I dont see anything. Not a single log in the log entries and not a single line in the graphs.

Can anyone help me fix this or has anyone had the same problem with me? :confused:
 
My website is behind firewall. I have installed a tracker module on my website which allows me to track the ip of the visitors.

The problem is that all the IPs I get are the ip I have set for my server in the local network



I believe the route which is used for my site is this
visitor--->dns server--->firewall---->mymacosXserver

Can anyone help me? when I click on web logs or graphs in the server admin I dont see anything.
