Just to let you all know about a cool little Mac OS X trick. Hold Command-V down at startup and watch the hidden code mumbo-jumbo of Mac OS X load. This trick will convince your friends that you really are a mac freak.
This is called verbose mode. It lets you see what your computer is doing during startup, and can be helpful for finding out whats going wrong.
