What exactly is happening? Are you getting page failed to open or blue squares with a question mark?

Classic refers to Mac OS 9 (or the environment used to run OS 9 programs in OS X) or below.

First thing: who is your internet service provider? Comcast? AOL? SBC? etc?

How do you have everything connected?
