Mac Osx Webcam to Pc

Ok, I have two friends with later model PC's and they cant webcam me for some reason, they can see me but when I click to view them it says they are not online or at least their cams arent. What gives? We're both using Yahoo IM!

I've never used yahoo on a mac, but iChat works for me. Of course you have to have a compatible camera
 
Yahoo videochat works fine for me. I think the problem lies on the network settings. Are your firends behind a firewall?
 
didn't know Yahoo videochat was compatible on both platform, I thought the onyl way to video chat was aim (PC) and iCat (apple) ?
 
Yahoo! does provide videochat compatibility to windows systems. However, audiochat does not work. :(
By the way, there is also iSpQ Chat that has audio/videochat support for windows and mac systems. B
