Printer sharing is not possible, but you can share files easily between Mac OS X and XP:
In Mac OS X, goto the Systemcontrol where you can add new /edit users and check the box for your user "Allow Windows users to log in" or something like that. You now will be able to open your Home folder from XP.
In XP, just right-click on a folder and in the Properties use the second tab ("Freigabe" in German, don't know what it is called in English).
for OS 9, you need third party software to access a Windows server (Dave).
