MAC PPC G5 1.8 ghz, 4 gig ram w/ video issue

Hi,

New to MAC - have the bove MAC with a video issue, not clear resolution, video does not play, pictures do not display - I've replaced the original video card gforce 5200 64mb ram with a gforce 6800 gt with 256mb ram - have the same issue - well video is slightly better with replacement card.

running osx 10.5.8

so the PC'r in me tells me this is a driver issue - but from what I have been reading everywhere and the lack of drivers online - it seems one can not just get a driver update for the OS. SO what should I do now?
 
Sorry should have stated that I tried 3 monitors, dvi, VGA all the same results
Thinking it could be a mother board.
