i just bought a mac pro a week ago its has
VRAM : 512 MB x4 ( NVIDIA GeForce GT 120) and it is still to slow its doing the same job has my imac or worst which is less . i am working in sketchup and doing some renders and it doenst even open de render page. i went on ABOUT THIS MAC in the graphic display and its saying that Display Connector:
Status: No Display Connected in all 3 display its saying that and only the first one is saying conected.

might that be the problem ?

Do you have 4 displays connected?
Are they connected with Mini DisplayPort, or DVI?
Are all identical?
Do all 4 show in the System Preferences/Displays pref pane?

You may find that the MacPro isn't significantly faster than an iMac, because Sketchup uses only one processor.
From the Sketchup system requirements page.
Note: Google SketchUp will run on multiple-processor machines; however, Google SketchUp will only use one processor. Google SketchUp doesn't support hyperthreading or multithreading at this time.
So, lots of processor capability in your MacPro would be wasted, at least with Sketchup.
