I have a .Mac account and I am wondering if it is possible to upload my webpage via ftp.

Why?

If you want to use a GUI, you can simply drag-and-drop.

If you want to use the command line, you can just copy them like any other file.

Why would you want to mess with FTP when you don't need to?

Maybe he has his reasons.

It should be possible. Put in the .mac homepage, your user name and your password, and see if you can access it. Try variations of the above if something doesn't work.
