Mac to PC; but PC blind to Mac

From the Mac (OS X 10.3) we can see the Win XP computer, and pull files back and forth. But from the XP, you can only see the one main drive of the Mac, not the partition where we keep all the files. So to file from XP, we always need to go through the Mac. Why is this? Is there a fix? :confused:
 
You would need to advise the Mac to share out that particular drive. An easy way to do this is to use a program like SharePoints to set this up. You could also do it manually by editing the /etc/smb.conf file.
