MAC to PC conversations

I want to be able to utilize voice/video chat between MAC and PC. I'v emanaged to make Yahoo messenger work for the video and IM part between the two, but can't figure out the voice. I have installed Yahoo Messenger for MAC on the MAC, can't see any way to make the voice happen. Any thoguhts? Better ways to go about it? Thanks.
 
iChat on Mac side can communicate with AIM on pc side - version 5.5 or later of AIM messenger.
aMSN on Mac side and MSN on windows side should work for audio.
And skype of course - now there is finally skype for Mac as well.
