I have 3 OSX 10.3. macs, and i have now had this problem on 2 of them.
When logging on to the system, as soon as i click on any file or folder on the desktop, the mac freezes and i have to reboot.
If i open an application and select my first file i have no problems what so ever. i can then go to the desktop and open what i like.
Is this a networking related issue.
On one of the 2 machines i created a new user account and moved over all the users information, but the second machine has lots of apps on and i really don't want to have to go through and re do all the settings for the user again...
Has anybody seen this problem before??
