Mac Wireless

I tried to use the WiFi at the airport but it seems to have something else that needs to be done and I can't seem to find what. Does anybody know if there's any pre procedure before simply click on the wireless icon in my MacBook ?

It would depend on the airport I imagine. Some might have it freely available while others might have you pay for about an hour's worth of usage. Sometimes you'll get a sign-on screen where you would have to pay a certain amount before you can actually gain the access.
