MacBook freezes plz help

I have a MacBook pro and recently it started freezing alot. It freezes every time I open something. When frozen I have full mouse movement but all I get is the spinning beach ball. Please help.

1. Download Onyx.
2. Run the scripts.
3. Allow to shut-down, then restart.
4. When restart finished, shut-down and restart again.
