Here is what I am running. The laptop is 4 years old.. just recently started doing the following.

intel core duo
My System keeps crashing/freezing, and on restart will not load osx, but shows the grey screen and flashing "no harddrive" slash through circle.
Restart in safe mode, and after loading in safe mode can restart in normal mode, but as soon as the computer freezes, or shuts down the same thing happens ( grey no drive logo.. must restart in safe mode.. ect)
After start these error messages always appear---

/Library/StartupItems/Contents has not been started because it does not have the proper security settings.

/Library/StartupItems/MissingSyncListener has not been started because it does not have the proper security settings.
--------------------------
/Library/StartupItems/ProTec has not been started because it does not have the proper security settings.
-------------------------
/Library/StartupItems/Qmaster has not been started because it does not have the proper security settings.
------------------------
/Library/StartupItems/Resources has not been started because it does not have the proper security settings.
--------------------------
/Library/StartupItems/RetroRun has not been started because it does not have the proper security settings.

Can anybody tell me what has happened, or how I can fix this?
