MacBook Pro Stuck on logo screen just loading

When ever i turn the macbook pro on all it does is do the sound thing and it stays on the white screen with the apple logo and spinning loading thing ... Can anyone help me ??pm me or email me with some help ??please need it to work

First Reset Your PRAM. Then follow the steps in the Apple document Resolve startup issues and perform disk maintenance with Disk Utility and fsck and see if any of these steps work. If they don't then your drive went south without you and pray you have a backup.
