macbook screen brightness after restart

I have a strange problem with my MacBook.

I zaped my pram and now every time I restart my mac the screen brightness is at the max level. Before zaping the pram the screen brightness after the restart was always the same as before the shut down. Now the screen brightness is always at the maximum level.

This problem appeared after my logic board and heat sink was changed. The strange thing is that after clean install my mac works normally. However after zaping pram the same problem appears.

is this normal or I should go to the mac service and demand the change of logic board or something?

One addition.

My MacBook's volume control also behaves strangly. When power adapter is connected and I put my mac to sleep, then after wake up the volume control does not respond for a while. On the screen I can see that I am changing volume but the icon on the menu bar does not respond to it.

It usually goes over after 10 seconds or by playing an audio file.

When I run my mac on batteries, then the volume control works normally.
