Macintel early 2006

for the third time since 2006, the screen is scrambled. No acces to anything. the two last times, the computer was under guaranty, they just changed the mother board (as reported). now I am no more under guaranty...wat should I try to resolve the situation?

Take it back -- it doesn't matter if it's under warranty or not. If they repaired it under warranty, and the computer is exhibiting the same problem as it was before they fixed it, then they didn't fix it.

Take it back and be polite but persistent in getting it fixed as a warranty fix again.

(I'm sooooooooo glad "Macintel" didn't become the common nickname for intel Macs.)

If Apple replaces the motherboard under warranty, you get a limited 3-month warranty for the part. (At least in Switzerland, that's how it's handled.)
