Hi

I just re install Panther 10.3.2 and i was wondering up to which upgrade you could advice me to go??

I have been running 10.3.9 and have had no complaints about it, runs great. Is there anything that I'm missing in why you would not ugrade to this version?
 
Most of the problems with the 10.3.9 upgrade have been the result of
  1. Failure to read and pay attention to the Readme file before updating.
  2. Third party haxies
  3. Improper preparation (failure to run Disk Repair and Permission Repair prior to running the update)
  4. Moving applications to non-standard locations
  5. Failure to run Permission Repair after the update
  6. Safari enhancers that are incompatible with Safari 1.3
  7. Download managers that are incompatible with Safari 1.3
  8. Failure to run the Java Update for Mac OS X 10.3.9 after installing the 10.3.9 update.
Items 1 through 5 apply to any OS X update. Items 6, 7, and 8 apply specifically to 10.3.9.
 
Jeepers, my system is riddled with just about every hack possible (save for any SIMBL plugins) and yet I have had no problems at all with the 10.3.9 update. Repaired Permissions after install just as a safeguard, but system was working fine even before doing that.

That being said, I certainly concur with perfessor: run the little java test to make sure it is optimized for your Mac and you'll be pleased as punch with 10.3.9.
