magsafe dc jack trouble

I have a black macbook that only works on the battery. The magsafe adapter does'nt light up green or anything with or without the battery. I've checked the dc magsafe in another macbook and works fine. the white magsafe adapter i I also have from another macbook does'nt work in it either but works in other white macbook i have. no liquid spill whatsoever could there be a problem with the I/O board ? any suggestions would help great oh did smc reset and pram nothing. thanks.

The magsafe cable (the internal connector, also called a DC-in connector) should be the good fix for that. If you tried another internal connector that was working in a different MacBook, and still don't get power through that connector, then it's a failed logic board.
