Does anyone know if this can be done?
When you reply to e-mail with mail.app, the reply string is of the form:

In particular I'd like to be able to change the 'Joe Blow wrote:' bit as well as the date format - but not system-wide, just the date format that Mail.app uses for reply quoting.
