Mail.app - reply to different email addy's

Hello, I recently integrated my two main email addresses to gmail. So google is checking all my mail, getting the other account with POP. Now, Mail.app, gets my mail off of gmail via POP as well.

When I am in gmails web interface and replying to a mail now, it asks me which email address I would like it to be sent from. It also has an option to always by default reply to an email with the same email address that it was sent from.

Is there anyway I can do that in Mail.app? Currently Mail.app always uses one email address (not the gmail addy) to reply to my mails. It would be great if I could chose one or the other!

OS X mail app has this feature,
at the to of the mail window, either new or reply, right where it has...
To:
CC:
Subject:
Account:

click on Account, if you have more then 1 address, you can select it here.

Ahhh, I don't have the Account option appearing right now, because I only have the one account setup in Mail app to retrieve everything from Gmail.

Is there anyway I can add another candidate email address to select in the account option you mentioned, without actually setting up another POP account to download messages from? Because, I want to use two email addresses, but only download from one place.

Kinda tricky...
