Mail.app Strange Behaivour Send Mail

Hello,

when I try to send an email using Mail.app I always get a pop-up telling that there is a problem send the mail suggesting to select another outgoing server.
I can choose between "edit mail", "use this server" or "try later again".

When I choose "use this server" without any change most of the time the message will be sent. Sometimes I get the same pop-up up to four times before the message will be sent.

As this i bothering me, I will be thankful for any help.

I get this message too when I send mail from home (mail is set up to use my work's outgoing SMTP server). I have to use my isp's outgoing mail server when I am at home and this window will pop up and ask me to change it after a minute or so. Make sure that you have set up the SMTP info correctly (Preferences->accounts) for your ISP.
 
Thanks for your help. In fact I have just configures one SMTP server and the mails will be delivered - after i pressed several times "use this server". (without actually changing it!)..
