I'm using OSX 10.3.9 and I just updated my Itunes software. After the required restart, my Mail program would not launch. It appears to be launching, the triangle underneath shows up, but the program is not open. Safari will open, but I cannot access any sites.
This happened before (after an Apple update) and I had to reinstall the system software. There has to be an easier way!
