Mail draft error message

Whenever I try to save an email as a draft I get the message "Error. The message could not be saved." This message also pops up sometimes when I minimize the window where I'm writing the e-mail. Does anyone know why, or how to stop this from happening?

I have the same problem. In my caes, I have "Store Draft messages on the server" (Preferences=>Accounts=>Mailbox Behaviors). In my case, I am sure it is a server problem but do not know how to fix it yet. One alternative for you may be to uncheck that box and save the drafts locally.
