I'm using "Mail" on Mac OSX 10.2.8. I have filters set up to move messages into appropriate folders. But that has the negative side of making me to go each folder to read the new incoming messages.
What I'd like is for most of the incoming messages to stay in the inbox if they are unread. After I read them, I would like to "select all" and then "Apply Rules" to move them into their proper folders.
I do not see any way to do this. The attributes the filters look at does not include the status of the message.
Any other suggestions or hints that might work?
Thanks,
Perry
