Mail Junk problem

I have a recurring problem with the Junk function in Mail. I will do extended training and then switch to automatic and I continue to find important messages in Junk, not marked as junk. I have added their email addresses to the address book, tried marking them as Junk and then Not Junk, but the problem continues.

Any suggestions?
