Mail not sending password

My internet provider have recently changed their system to a secured one.

Now, everytime I send an email, their server needs my mac to send the password of the account. Allthough I have the "remember pass" on, sometime it sends it, sometime it doesn't. Quite annoying...

I am using Mail 2.1

Any suggestions?

What do you mean? Virtually every ISP uses email security.

Now, everytime I send an email, their server needs my mac to send the password of the account. Allthough I have the "remember pass" on, sometime it sends it, sometime it doesn't. Quite annoying...

Whenever I have trouble sending the password, it is having difficulty connecting to the mail server. This is almost always a server-side problem.

If your problem persists, then call back. Give your ISP, a list of what your settings should be, and what they are. Redact your username and password.

I think you have to TURN the option ON (check the checkbox above the information). Now you only filled in the information, which is nice for the system to know.
