Hi All,
Can anyone help me out with this one please?
I use Mail to view and send my Gmail account messages. Please don't ask me how - I was walked through it step by step by the Help section on the Gmail website.
Something to do with POP or something.
Anyway, this set-up seems to work ok, although for some reason Mail does not keep copies of sent messages. Copies are kept in my Gmail account though.
This leads to the slightly bizarre situation where, after I send a message in Mail, I can only view that message if I go on the Internet and look in my Gmail account! Grrr.
Is it possible to use Mail without having to go through Gmail? Or would this mean having to have a .Mac account, perish the thought?
I'm confused. I'd ideally like to keep my Gmail account, and have an entirely separate Mail account.
