Mail Problems

[Mac Newbie]

I have screwed up my mail application. The first time I used my iMovie I prepared a 2 minute video and tried to e-mail it to a friend. Since then every time I try to use Mail it just grinds and eventually a message will pop up saying Mail has unexpectedly quit. How do I fix this? Should I delete the account and start over??

What happened when you tried to send the movie in the first place. Were you able to do it? If not describe what happened.
