I have a PowerBook G4 with Mac OS X 10.4.5. I have owned the computer since early 2006 without any troubles.
A couple days ago, I noticed that when I double-clicked on my Mail program, it would bounce in Dock, but then never actually open the program. If I go into Applications, it tells me that the program was opened, but I am not able to actually access the program to use it. I have rebooted the computer several times without any results.
I am not particularly computer savvy, so I am at a loss as to what else to even try.
Does anyone out there have any suggestions? Using webmail is getting quite cumbersome.
