Mail Questions (vs. Entourage)

I have switched from Entourage to Mail and for the most part am very happy. However there are two features that Entourage had that Mail does not seem to:
1. The ability to create numbered or bulletted lists
2. The ability to access my mail server to delete or download (redownload) messages left on the server.
Does anyone know if Mail does have the capability to handle these two tasks, whether there is some middle ware that will handle these or if there is some workaround for these issues.
Thanks.

1. I have never had the need to have a numbered list in my emails, so I can't help you there short of doing it manually.

2. I have mine set to delete after first download. Check Mail menu>Preferences>accounts>edit>advanced
There could be a setting there that would work for you. As for redownloading - I don't think so. You can go to your isp's web mail and check that way.

I too switch from Entourage. Mail's interface is so much cleaner, not as clunky as Entourage. However, my main reason is the way the text looks in Mail. Mail always makes the text look great.

I agree wholeheartedly. I am happy with the switch but am greedy and want all the features Entourage has as well as the great looking text in Mail. Also, the Junk filter is excellent in Mail.

Mail is faster. Entourage is a nice program, but it renders too slowly. Also, Mail has a better junk mail filter.
