RS2_Russ Registered Sep 1, 2002 #2 Welcome to the world of support hotlines, I'd say. Try your original password/sign-ins in case the ISP has reset them (they prob run MS servers, after all!).

T ThinkingDiff Registered Sep 1, 2002 #3 I had the same problem after upgrading to 10.2. I fixxed my problem by setting the authenication method on the outgoing smtp server to none.
