Is it just me?!
I can't find any references to this problem anywhere, other than a friend telling me that 'oh yeah - I've heard of that...'. Doesn't help much. Anyway.
THE PROBLEM:
Mail has just stopped recieving mail in my POP3 account. I've checked with my mail server guy and there is no problem - I can receive and send via webmail just fine.
I've noticed that account folders have been renamed in ~/library/mail/
from:
POP-myname@mail.myserver.co.uk (which is the same format as other POP accounts I already have)
to:
POP-myname@myserver.co.uk@mail.myserver.co.uk
I've deleted the account in question and recreated it, same thing happens.
I've also set up a new account with a new name (same server) and same thing happens - i.e. no incoming mail, and a POP-mynewname@myserver.co.uk@mail.myserver.co.uk naming format.
I've trashed preferences and cache - same thing is happening.
Any help gratefully received!
