Make command on MacOSX

Hi!

I have an installation manual which is supposed to be for Mac OS X!

I made it all by now, but there is this part where I have to type:
make install!

Noway! I asked a linux-freak and he was very surprised about the fact that there is no make-command on MacOSX.

So, is there anyone who could help me out?

You need the (freely available) developer tools.

Where can I download the Developer Tools? I dug through Apple.com, but found nothing.

But for downloading the developer tools you'll have to sign to ADC to get a member...
