Make harddisk sleep manually. How?

I have just gone from OS 9 to X on my iBook. Is there anyone who can tell me how I manually put the internal harddisk of my iBook to sleep? I have only been able to find the "put harddisk to sleep when possible" feature in the Energy panel (this it is called in danish, maybe Power in the english version of OS X?). Well it seems that the powermanager of OS X thinks it is never possible. The disk just keeps spinning (the funktion does shift automaticly to the battery setting). Is there a build in funktion of OS X that I haven't been able to find, or do I need third party software to manually make the harddisk sleep? If so, can anybody recommend some.

Regards

Anders

'Cocktail' is software that will allow you to change harddisk shutdown. Other software will do that also, but Cocktail is what I use.
