hello all. i'm a brand new mac owner. just got my mac mini a few weeks ago and am still getting used to it. i have two questions, somewhat related.
Right now i've been accessing my shares on my pc by pressing the Apple button +K then putting the IP of my PC, then it asks me to authenticate, once authenticated i chose the share from the drop down list i want. Easy enough.
question 1.) Can i set this to auto map / mount uppon boot so that i dont have to do this every time?
question 2.) How can i set this to at least SAVE my password. i've tried checking off the "keychain" checkbox, but that does not seem to do anything.
