MBP not showing up on Bonjour

I have two MBPs.

Both used to sync some apps nicely, using Bonjour to see each other.

Nothing has been changed in settings or home network that I can recall, and yet one machine now no longer shows up under Shared, hence I can't sync the machine.

I've disabled the firewall on the machine in question.

I checked also that Bonjour was running using:

sudo launchctl load -w /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.mDNSResponder.plist

I also ran Bonjour Browser on both machines and neither reports seeing the "bad" machine.

Any ideas why one machine no longer shows up under Bonjour? thanks in advance.

I can't remember where I saw this but if you open /YourHardDrive/Users/YourUserName/Library/Preferences-> and find the file com.apple.sidebarlists.plist and delete it. Then reboot to rebuild that file and see if it works, Good Luck.
