MDD (Single CPU) 1.25GHz sleep problem since Tiger

I have noticed my Mac will not sleep by itself since upgrading to Tiger. The monitor sleeps but the HD will not spin down as directed by the Energy Saver settings. Using the LCD power button will put the computer to sleep normally and will wake the computer normally.

Has anyone else experienced this? I have never seen a forum thread with this particular problem.

I also get this, not that it's a huge one problem for me.

EDIT: It's now working for some reason. The only thing I've done that I can think of is to put it to sleep manually using the menu bar then waking it up. Now I just left it for the 15minutes it's set to and when I came back it was asleep.
