Measuring hard disk speed

Hi

Are there any tools I can use to measure the read and write speeds of the hard disk on my new Intel Mac Mini?

I want to compare the 80Gb internal drive, to an external Lacie firewire unit.

Any useful info would be much appreciated.

Hi

I hadn't tried the 'System Profiler', but this is not what I am looking for.

I'd like to run some writes and reads to both disks, and look at the performance. The type of tests magazines run when comparing systems and hard disks...
