Hello,
I'm in a corporate environment and trying to setup messenger for mac 7 to work with our Microsoft OCS client. When I try to log in I get a message that says "sign in to Microsoft Messenger failed because the service is not available or you may not be connected to the Internet". I know I'm connected to the Internet. Is there anyway to pull up a list of services to verify that this service is not running?
My Apple version is OS X 10.5.2 and I should add that I am fairly new to MAC's.
Thanks in advance.
Tom
