I installed Microsoft Office 2004 Pro a few days ago on my new iMac, including Microsoft Entourage and thought I had everything up and running. When I opened Entourage to check my emails today, however, it treated me as a new user, had forgotten my email account details, and all my emails of the last few days had disappeared. I have lost days' worth of important emails completely. Do you know what the reason for this is? More importantly, might it happen again? Help! I notice I have Office test drive installed as well as Office - I was not prompted to delete Office Test Drive when I installed Office 2004 and only found out about test drive a few days later. Might that be to blame? Thanks very much.
