Microsoft

"... Microsoft takes 1000$ for their product Office xp, that is what i call insane. ..."

Actually, I call that smart business practice. I don't like Microsoft, and I would not buy their products; but selling a product for the absolute highest profit the market can bear is how good businesses operate.

Though I'd probably call this page a poorly edited rant rather than an 'article'.

Yeah, symphonix. Ol' Bill may have stolen, excuse me, borrowed, every idea that Micro$loth has ever had, but he and his cronies sure know marketing.

And people complain that Macs are overpriced!

Here is a good article about Microsoft and bill gates.

That's no article, that's one persons opinion. For one, Office XP Pro is about $500 (though it may be $1000 where the author is from).

Microsoft got to be known by selling office for mac's late at the 80's.

Uh, I think M$ was well known way before that. They may have become known to Mac users late in the 80's, but they were known to CPM and DOS (obviously) way before then.

Then they started to steal consepts from apple and making windows 1.0, that was a office-package for DOS with a ugly atempt to try to copy Mac OS.

No, Windows 1.0 came out in 84 and the "apps" that shipped with it were Write and Paint, hardly office package material.

His "article" is opinionated and full of inaccuracies, hardly "good".

That article was good for a laugh. It was totally full of fiction. Last time I checked I bought by version of Office XP for $500. As for the comment about the bugs in Windows 2000, well Linux has bugs, Apple (hard to believe but true) has bugs, and my favorite OS BeOS has bugs. It's programed by man you are going to have bugs that you need to fix.
