Hi Vsaini,
Mdb is proprietary format (like too many MS products) but there are a few options...
1. using VMware Fusion or Parallels and opening them in a virtual machine that runs some version of Access.
2. Converting them to be read by NeoOffice, AppleWorks etc.

But it should be possible to export to comma separated csv from Access itself
AppleWorks should have an importer for it
