Migrating my OS to another drive partition

I have a 60 gig drive on my machine. Which is partitioned 50/10. right now i have OSX on the 10gig side, and Im running out of disk space. It is slowing my machine down.
How can i move all the contents of the 10gig to the 50gig without losing all the things i have set up. IE: my applications, mysql databases, jrun, and coldfusion? my real concern is all the work i did setting up the internal webserver.

I can't just drop the disks on each other.. anyone out there run into this?

thanks in advance.

This may be somewhat inefficient, but you could try creating a disk image of your 10 gig partition and running it off the other. (Somehow, I doubt this will work.)

What exactly do you have on your 10 gig partition that is taking up so much space, and why can't you move something to your other partition? I know your applications can make the switch without a hitch; try narrowing down the amount of stuff you keep on the 10 gig partion, and only put on there what you need for the smooth functioning of your OS.
