Military Time????

Hey everyone...has anyone had their time stay on military at the top menu bar?? I can't get it to go back to 12 hr format?? Or am I just being a lamer and I can't find the option...there has to be some unix command that changes it back! thanks all =)

What's wrong with 24hour clock format (if you don't mind me asking). It's pretty standard here in the UK.
We find it easier than 12hour in a lot of situations.
Do people in the US not use it often?
