Minimize in Place?

What happened?! i ONLY Just found out about it, and it seems pretty cool, i asked someone about it, (who happened to have re-implemented it) into 6c155 (Edit: oops, i meant 6c115!!), and they hooked me up with it, its pretty Cool :D

Here's a Shot... and if anyone's curious on how to add it into 10.2 ... Dazzla, from Neowin (He hangs here too, huh Daz?! :p) hooked me up with this link, so Credit goes 2 him!

After using it for Ten minutes or so, one thing i find annoying, is how the Windows remain on top of everything else. But Hey, i am not one to moan, especially when i wanted this! :D You can turn it off too, so its no big Deal! ...And CTRL + Minimize Sends it to the Dock instead :D ....its Sweet!

another thing, is there's no Mouse Over function, like in the Dock, so if you have a heap of minimized windows, you best 'go hunting'

But you can Control Click, to Bring the usual popup! .. But the Nice Suprise, is the 'Close' function, which is something i'd hoped for in 10.2 :D

Err.... Hope no one saw that. Just realized that under your picture there was a link to the site / download. Thanks, I'm really excited to get mip back.
 
MIP by default can be pretty annoying, @ times, so rather tha MIP windows on Minimize, turn it off, and then if you want MIP, CTRL + Minimize does tha job! by Default, your windows minimize to the Dock, UNLESS u tell it otherwise, i think this is more logical, as you dont really want 10 MIP windows do u?! :D

Whatcha think!? this thing is growing on me, for sure!

I like it! I think an optiont to show the name during mouseovers might be cool, but I doubt its possible at the moment. thanks a LOT neyo, this is great.
